Mission Chocolate is a Bean-to-bar producer sourcing all ingredients almost exclusively with locally grown and processed ingredients, including Brazilian-grown cacao beans and Brazilian-grown nuts and fruits.

Besides running Mission Chocolate, Chocolatier Arcelia is also president of the Associação Bean to Bar Brasil and is elevating the craft chocolate movement in Brazil through her small chocolate factory located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, one delicious bar at a time.
